How do I add vaccines to my inventory?
Navigate to the Inventory section and tap "Add Inventory." You can enter the vaccine name, NDC code, lot number, expiration date, and quantity. The app automatically separates VFC and private stock.
How do I record a vaccine administration?
Go to the Usage section and select the patient, vaccine, lot number, and dose details. The inventory count updates automatically when you save the record.
How do I run a reconciliation report?
Go to Reports and select your date range. EZVFC generates a complete audit log of all administrations and inventory changes that you can export as CSV.
Is EZVFC HIPAA compliant?
Yes. EZVFC encrypts all data in transit and at rest, enforces role-based access control, and maintains audit logs. We enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all Covered Entity customers.
Can multiple staff members use the same account?
Yes. You can invite team members and assign role-based permissions so each staff member has the right level of access for their role.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I delete my account or data?
To request account deletion or data removal, email us at support@ezvfc.net with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
